Results of a search on "avian influenza" within the NBII Clearinghouse yield 16 datasets. The NBII Clearinghouse is a resource for scientists that allows for sharing and accessing research on natural resources. The avian influenza datasets may be filtered by presentation type, decade, or submitter. Each record includes an abstract and may include site information, site map, and data center contact information, along with additional information about the dataset.

Provides results from national-wide surveys testing for avian influenza viruses in healthy live wild birds and wild birds found dead in Canada dating back to 2005. The surveys were conducted by the Canadian Cooperative Wildlife Health Centre (CCWHC). Details avian influenza surveillance efforts in Africa. Organized into three sections: satellite tracking, surveillance program, and monitoring program. Satellite tracking follows four duck species in Mali, Malawi and Nigeria.
